Garden Update + Ramblings
(Throwback Garden Photo)
It has been a while since I've done a garden update. So much has been happening in my garden this year. So, I'm going to just get into it. I adopted the no-dig method and started a few flower beds. I've learned so much this year about gardening. I still have so much to learn. I didn't plant any garlic last year. Apparently you can grow chamomile from tea bags. I acutally had no idea. I will keep you posted. I acutally planted some today!

Sounds like a lot of work! Your choice of plants is amazing. Can't wait for the next update!
ReplyDeleteI recently started gardening. I love planting beets for the greens.
ReplyDeleteYou go girl! Gardens are not easy to maintain! I can't wait to see how planting chamomile from tea bags go!
ReplyDeleteI have a love hate relationship with our veggie garden. I don't have much luck with it except for tomatoes. The perennial garden we have however is amazing this year. I think we'll stick to flowers.
ReplyDeleteI also just start gardening last month! This is a wonderful post! My kids really love the flowers in our garden!
ReplyDeleteYou have a wonderful garden! I am waiting for other updates!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to start gardening this year too and grow my own vegetables. Thanks for sharing this inspiration!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like it's going to be a beautiful and fulfilling garden! Sorry to hear your peppers and tomatoes didn't make it though :( If you haven't already, maybe you could try hanging vine tomatoes! I've always had a little better luck with those and it keeps them out of reach of the critters that like to pick at them!
ReplyDeleteWe just got a brick flowerbed installed, but we haven't bought anything plants/flowers. We might wait until next spring to begin.
ReplyDeleteIt's quite hard for me to maintain a garden. It's great that you are successful in doing so.
ReplyDeleteI love that you have beets. Those are so good in drinks.
ReplyDeleteI love gardening for sure and it sounds like. you have planted a lot and I always buy seedling plants because when I grow from seeds... the plants are weak. There is nothing better than homegrown produce! I love lettuce early in the season... easy to grow and yummy!
