I have to admit that august was super busy for me. It really feels like it went by like a flash. Below, I’m sharing some of my notables from August.
Travel
I visited Avalon, New Jersey for the first time and participated in the ShopRite Summer Getaway. This truly was the highlight of my summer and I will be forever grateful for the opportunity to learn and connect with so many amazing people.
Read
Not sure how I stumbled upon this book. But I really enjoyed reading the Billion Dollar Whale. It was a great read for sure.
Food
I indulged in some super yummy food. Of course, I had my favorite vegan grilled cheese sandwich with tomatoes from my garden and avocado toast.

That sandwich looks so good! As always, summer flew by. My favorite part of summer was spending two weeks on the island of St. Lucia.
ReplyDeleteI love your feature about what happened notably to you each month. Beach yoga for me was top on my list for the month too! Gratitude is the key for sure.
ReplyDeleteLiving in Florida means we have summer 9 months out of the year! Been to the beach and dodging a hurricane has been most of my summer so far. Love your sandwiches and don't they always taste better when you grow your own?
