With the holidays fast approaching, I’ve learned over the years that it’s so important to think of qualities over quality. I personally, would prefer one gift that I know I’m going to use versus a gift that is going to collect dust and space in my home. Don’t get me wrong, I’m grateful for anything that I receive. For instance, early this year I was gifted something that I actually needed and loved and I was really thankful for the thought that went into the gift. Below, I’m sharing three intentional gift ideas.
What They Want
Ask the person what they want, I like to keep a running list on my phone for various gift ideas for my loved ones. I would rather give them what they want versus giving them something I think they want or need. Simply ask, and you’ll be surprised how receptive people are.
Consumable Food/Drink
I’m huge on food and drink gifts. I think it’s a wonderful way to treat your loved ones to their favorite drinks/eats. It’s also a great way for them to try new foods/drinks.
Experience
I love the idea of offering experiences, this is a wonderful way to try a new experience or for them to revisit an old fav.
