It's officially back to school time, and around this time of year, I like to go to my recipe archive and see what recipes I can make that will really simplify my life during the upcoming school year. Back to school time is around the corner. With all that's going on, I thought I would share some of my family's favorites. During the school months, I try my best to meal plan and to cook recipes that are super easy to whip up based on our schedule. A lot of these recipes can be made in advance or on a whim. One of my favorite things to make for my family is seafood. As a busy mom. Seafood is super easy to make on a whim. It thaws out super fast and doesn't require too much time to cook. As I'm getting back into the swing of things. Almost a since school started back in session. One of the things I love most about back to school-time is my menu planning schedule. What I love to do prior to creating my menu plan for the week and compile a list of some of my family's favorite recipes. I try to incorporate at least one seafood recipe a week in my meal plan.
