Up until two years ago, I would have to drive thirty minutes to my closest Trader Joes. Trust me, I enjoyed the drive, and it was actually directly across from my childhood mall, so I really enjoyed going there. About two years ago, Trader Joe’s was built about 10 to 15 minutes away from me. I was super excited, and of course, it has been my go-to Trader Joe’s ever since. If you follow me on Instagram you know I rave about these products during my shopping trips. Below, I’m sharing my Vegan Frozen Foods Favorites at Trader Joe's.

Trader Joe's Vegan Frozen Foods Favorites

Kung Pao Tempura Cauliflower
This is a newbie to my collection. I’m so happy that I’ve stumbled about it though.

Trader Joe’s Vegetable Fried Rice
This has been my goto ever since I started shopping at Trader Joes. This rice is so yummy, I typically enjoy it by itself.

Trader Joe’s Vegetable Gyoza
I tried this for the first time last year and I’ve been hooked ever since. I typically will purchase a couple of bags during my shopping trip. These are so good. I typically pair them with a homemade garlic sauce.

Refrigerator  Items

Trader Joe’s Cinnamon Rolls (Not a frozen item, but close enough)
So this isn’t a frozen item, and you actually CAN’T put it in the freezer. However, I tried this for the first time over the holidays, and I have to have a can on hand. These babies are so soft and yummy.

Trader Joe's Sausage-Less Sausage
This is another item that's not typically frozen. However, once I arrive home, I typically place it in the freezer until I'm ready to use it. I typically will cook the entire pack for meal prepping.

LightLife Smart Dogs
This has been another goto for years, I will typically separate the pack to, portions of two.

One of my biggest concerns, when I booked my cruise, was the food. Though I knew people who were avid cruisers. I know how picky I can be when it comes to food. I can say that I was pleasantly surprised by all of my food choices and meals. I ate every evening and morning in the dining hall. Throughout the day I would snack at the deli or indulge in veggie tortillas. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the opportunity to try the pizza, and my son never got around to trying out the BBQ restaurant.

Upon arriving on board the food was being served. That was another question I had. I wasn’t sure if the food was provided upon boarding the ship. It was!! The buffet wasn’t open. However, all of the grab and go restaurants were available. There are also plenty of blog posts and YouTube videos dedicated to food on cruise ships. Below, I’m sharing some of what my son and I ate during our cruise.

Have you been on a cruise? Did you enjoy the food?

Prior to going on a weight loss journey. What I struggled most with was snacking. I love to snack, I've always been a snacker. Once I started my weight loss journey. I noticed that I would see a lot of healthy recipes. However, they would still include refined sugars and white flour. Also, once, I stepped into the journey of having a more plant-based diet. I would search for recipes. however, I started to struggle with finding recipes that were vegan and healthy. Trust me, it was a lot of trial and error with creating recipes. When I say trial and error. I really mean error. The last time I tried to make a vegan waffle recipe experimenting. I literally had to throw away my waffle maker.

I get it, I get the frustrations of wanting some of your favorites. However, the store brought unhealthy version is the easiest alternative. Below, I'm sharing ten plus of my favorite vegan snack recipes. These are recipes that I make on a regular basis. They're super yummy and the best part is that they're actually healthy and diet-friendly. You can batch make these recipes or bring them to your next gathering. trust me, your none vegan friends won't believe that they're vegan.
