What Makes Fall Skincare Different?
Fall is a time of year when the weather changes and the air becomes much cooler. It is also when people start to think about their skin more as they are more likely to be wearing less clothing. Fall skincare differs from other seasons in that it focuses on hydration and protection. This is because in fall, the skin needs a lot of hydration to keep it from drying out from the cold weather. Fall skincare also focuses on protecting your skin from environmental damage such as harsh winds and UV rays. During the fall, it is important to moisturize your skin and protect it from harsh seasonal changes. Here are some skincare tips that will keep your skin feeling healthy during this time: 1) Use a lotion that is light enough for the skin. If your skin is dry, use a lighter moisturizer during the morning and heavier cream at night.2) Drink lots of water! The amount of water you need throughout the day is dependent on how much activity you are doing, but it's important to drink between 6-8 glasses of water
