Whether you're looking for the perfect snack or recipe to bring to your next gathering. These bacon-topped deviled eggs are sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Not only are they super easy to make. They do not require a lot of ingredients and can be made in advance.
Bacon Topped Deviled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- ¼ cup Cooked and chopped bacon
- 1/4 cup. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- sea salt (to taste)
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- Smoked Paprika, for garnish
Directions
- Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Set the pan over medium-high heat and bring water to a boil. Turn off heat, cover pan with a lid, and let sit for 11 minutes. Drain, rinse eggs under cold water, and peel.
- Halve eggs lengthwise and scoop out cooked yolks into a medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, and mustard to the bowl, then mash yolks with the back of a fork and stir until the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon mixture into each egg. Garnish with Cooked bacon and paprika and serve.
