My Nighttime Full-Body Skincare Routine
This is a sponsored post in collaboration with Eden BodyWorks.
The winter months cause havoc on my skin. During this time, I switch up my skincare routine and really focus on products that are heavier and are going to nourish my skin. I’ve noticed that our full body is sometimes overlooked when it comes to skincare routines. However, it’s so important to pamper your entire body and create a full-body skincare routine as well. Whether it’s during my shower routine or the products I use to moisturize my skin. Below, I’m sharing my nighttime full-body skincare routine.
Face
Prior to taking a shower. I remove my makeup, and I follow the steps below during/after my shower time.
- Step 1: Remove Your Makeup
- Step 2: Use a Gentle Cleanser
- Step 3: Toner
- Step 4: Treatment
- Step 5: Eye Cream
- Step 6: Moisturize
Extras: Once a week I exfoliate with a sugar scrub on my face and lips.
Body
For my body, I typically have several steps which include exfoliation, cleansing, rinsing, and moisturizing. - Exfoliation: For exfoliating your skin, you can use a dry brush, sugar scrub or both. I like to exfoliate my body at least once a week with a sugar scrub.
- Cleansing: I opt to use a cleanser that’s gentle, however, is effective. One of my favorites is from Eden BodyWorks Shea Body Wash. I love their body wash! Not only is it effective. It leaves my skin feeling clean and nourished.
- Rinse: The temperature of your shower really does matter. It’s so important to rinse on warm temperature, and transition to cool water. I always do this with my hair as well to close my cuticles not matter what time of year it is.
Moisturize
This is probably one of my favorite steps during the entire process. There's really something about applying a moisturizer to my body product. Not only will it leave your skin looking amazing and feeling healthy. By skipping this step, you’re missing out on so much. For me, this pretty much seals in all of my hard work for my skincare routine.
Don’t forget your Hands!
It’s so important to remember to care for your hands as well. I wash my hands a lot throughout the day, and I can especially notice how dry they become during the fall and winter months. I love using products like Eden BodyWorks Shea Hand Cream. Not only does it include ingredients like shea butter and vitamin e. It leaves my hands feeling amazing and nourished after using it.

Oh wow what an amazing sounding routine you have! I really need to get myself into a good routine especially with the winter coming, but I am so bad at keeping up with things.
ReplyDeleteThat skincare line seems like a good way to get your skin in shape from head to toe. I am willing to try something new because I am getting a little older.
ReplyDeleteThese sound awesome. I will have to try them out. My skin could use the help, that's for sure. Your skin looks fab!
ReplyDeleteI need a better skin care routine right now my skin is so dry I could probably crack it just by picking something up and splitting my skin open. I'll have to look into the stuff and see if it would help me.
ReplyDeleteI have a careful night-time skincare routine too. I really like this line of products and would love to try them out myself.
ReplyDeleteA full body skincare routine makes a lot of sense. Going to bed with your skin refreshed and moisturized sounds like a good feeling.
ReplyDeleteMy nighttime routine includes removing my makeup with apple seed oil, using a toner, washing my face with a probiotic cleansing milk, applying a leave-on moisturizer, rinsing it off, and applying a night cream.
ReplyDeleteSkincare is so important to me as someone who struggled with acne and dry skin when I was younger. Having a good skincare routine is important.

ReplyDeleteAs I've gotten older I notice the difference the eye cream makes, LOL. I really enjoy a good body wash, so I will give these a try for sure! Like the above poster- winter weather is not kind to our skin!

ReplyDeleteSounds like a great skincare routine. This time of year is the worst for my skin. It becomes more dry and itchy. I have to focus more on a routine during winter.
ReplyDeleteI truly love reading about beauty routines. I find mine lacking, so I look for things I should be doing. Exfoliating lips and moisturizing hands were not on my list.
ReplyDeleteI've been looking for an affordable, cruelty free lotion. This might be perfect for me!
ReplyDeleteI am so awful about following my skin care rituals. I need to make more time for myself!
ReplyDeleteOooh, I will have to take a look at these. They sound like amazing products. In fact, I'm going to wash my face now and then read up on this.
