With the holidays right around the corner. I always like to have my goto signature mocktails on hand. Let’s face it. During the holidays you will have guests who will stop by on a whim and it’s always nice to have a mocktail on hand. That really makes you look like the hostesses with the mostess you are. What I love about this recipe is that It’s super festive and is something that my entire family can enjoy. Plus, this recipe is super kid-friendly and you can pretty much scale it to your liking. This mocktail would not be complete without the high-quality juices from R.W. Knudsen

Their Just Cranberry and Pomegranate really bring out the natural flavors in this mocktail. The R.W. Knudsen Just Cranberry and Just Pomegranate single-fruit, are unsweetened, 100% juices that are undiluted to provide the maximum taste associated with each respective fruit. Plus, you can find them at your favorite local grocery store. I love that R.W. Knudsen partners with growers around the country who share their commitment to the quality they provide for their customers, which is why I’m personally excited to partner with them as a part of this program. I love that I have the peace of mind that I’m only providing the best quality ingredients to my guests.

Recipe

Ingredients

Instructions
In a large glass, pitcher pour in R.W. Knudsen Just Cranberry and R.W. Knudsen Just Pomegranate and give the mixture Slowly pour in a bottle of sparkling water and give it another quick stir. Garnish with fresh or frozen cranberries and lime wedges; serve!

Cooking Notes

Single Serving
You can also make personal servings on a whim by mixing equal parts of the R.W. Knudsen Just Cranberry and R.W. Knudsen Just Pomegranate and adding your desired amount of sparkling water.

Cocktail Option
To make this a cocktail. Simply add a shot of your favorite white spirits to the beverage.
I highly suggest not making this more than a half an hour before the time of serving. The sparkling water can easily go flat if prepared far in advance. It’s also very important to not slice the lime too in advance. They can tend to brown as well and can take on the red cranberry coloring.
