Menu Plan Monday: Week of 7/16/18
Happy Monday! Last week I attended Sweet Suite and Baby Poolza in New York. I had so much fun at this event and was able to connect with so many amazing brands and influencers. This was my second year attending this event. I was so impressed, I honestly never considered my expectations from last year being over exceeded. Can't wait to share a recap from this event with you guys.
Ironically, prior to heading to New York, I prepped for dinner. Instead of putting the chicken in the crockpot. The Mister decided to grill the chicken instead. He raved about how yummy the chicken came out. It marinated for about eight hours prior to going on the grill. When I came home. There wasn't a bone in sight! Looking forward to recreating the meal again this week for them.
How was your weekend?

A great line up of meals. Do you create all of your own recipes?
ReplyDeleteI will be over for stuffed shells and garlic bread, so make sure you make extra LOL! Sounds like a great menu plan for the week!
ReplyDeleteI'm on a two week vacation and I never thought I'd say this, but I'm ready to get back to cooking. I see several meals I want to plan when I get back home.
ReplyDeleteI haven't had a good bacon cheeseburger in forever. I think I'll copy your list and try these meals for my own family. I've been wanting to start a meal plan but have been putting it off. Time for me to quit procrastinating and get busy on that.
ReplyDeleteAnother great week of delicious sounding meals I am loving the sounds of the stuffed shells and garlic bread!
ReplyDeleteJust got back from the beach and that fried fish sounds like it would be really good! The garlic honey salmon is right up my alley too.
ReplyDeleteYour family is so lucky to have you choosing some great balanced meals and with so much variety I need someone like you making meals in my house.
ReplyDeleteYour MOnday menu makes me hungry. My husband is actually craving for some stuffed shells.
ReplyDeleteWe are leaving for vacation soon so this week is all about cleaning out the refrigerator and pantry and using up stuff that won't keep until we get back. Will be some interesting meals planned.
ReplyDeleteMeal planning helps save time and money. I do it a bit differently during the summer, since I refuse to turn the oven on if it's hot out.
ReplyDeleteThis menu plan looks so appealing! I'm especially intrigued to try garlic honey salmon with rice and veggies. But I'd want to replace rice with quinoa.
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite sites to visit as I love the Meal Plans you create and have found new recipes my family will eat.
ReplyDeleteLike that you have an indulgence day with cheese burgers! Very nice meal plan for the week!
ReplyDeleteI'm all about planning days for my husband to cook! Too bad I have to tell him what to make. :-/
ReplyDeleteLovely menu for the week! Wednesday night's menu sure sounds like the best one or at least it is for me! YUM!
ReplyDeleteI love checking out other people's weekly menu. It always inspires me. Bacon cheeseburgers sound so delicious!
ReplyDeleteI have been on a diet for some months but I guess I need to make some meal plan too just like this. The menu makes me drool for a while too.
ReplyDeleteI do my weekly menu too. It helps me plan for my week and motivates me to eat healthier too. :)
