Apple Crisp Recipe

Sunday while getting some items to prep my snacks for the week. I stopped at my local Stop & Shop. I went in for butter and came out with a bunch of stuff. One of the items being two large apples. I really thought that the Mister was going to juice the apples. However, yesterday on a whim. I decided to make homemade apple crisp. I did a very quick search on Pinterest to find the easiest recipe, and I was lucky enough to find one. I had all of the ingredients, needed and only two large apples on hand and honestly that was good enough for me.  (If you've been following my blog for a while now, you know if I don't have it on hand. I will go without the item and proceed on with the recipe.) Let me tell you, this Apple Crisp came out simply divine. I had to top it with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. The only thing I regret is not having homemade caramel sauce on hand.
