My family absolutely loved this recipe. The Mister was a
little hesitant about trying it. However, once he did. He was ready for MORE!!
I didn't measure the seasoning. I just sprinkled it over everything in the crock pot.
I also love how I had everything on hand and didn't have to run to the store. I
opted to use the Italian style tomatoes, (since I had it on hand). This recipe
was budget friendly for me again since I had everything on hand.  This recipe is going on my family favorites
list. 
Also, I opted not to really shred the chicken, since I made
a crock pot meal which had shredded chicken the night before. 
- Ingredients
 - 2 Chicken Breast (frozen optional)
 - 1 (15 ) can black beans
 - 1 (15 ounce) can corn (I used frozen corn)
 - 1 can of Italian style tomato's
 - 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
 - 1 cup of chicken stock (optional)
 - 1 packet of dry ranch
 - Sprinkle tablespoon cumin, onion powder, and chili powder

Directions:
- 1Take boneless chicken breasts put into crock pot.
 - 2Add 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed, 1 can of tomato's, 1 can of corn with juice, 1 packet of dry ranch.
 - 3Add 1 package of cream cheese (just throw it on top!)
 - 4Keep in crock pot on low for about 4-6 hours or until chicken is cooked. Stir to combine all ingredients once or twice
 - 5Serve on a bed of rice or soft taco shells
